Exploration of the nature of human application, its consequences, and its destiny.
Satan's Vending Machine
OFFLINE
We all know all the wonderful things computers can do. They churn and whir and sit on our desks, usually managing to take up all the space and attention of the owner, for all of their time at that particular desk. This holds true for the larger part of society as well - human culture has become a cybernetic organism and we're d***proud of it.

Don't get me wrong - technology is our Baby, we've needed it to survive for a very long time. Think, though - that technology, being the physical adaptation of our knowledge, is how we manifest thoughts in the "real" world - but then we go and use that thinking, creative part of our minds to create something that does our thinking for us, in Its terms, and we have no choice but to adapt our thought-patterns to Its, and never the other way around.

We are stuck in the hardware - the bits, circuits, and numbers of an algorhythm of thought and time that is mechanical and alien, and its representative is sitting right on your desk. You've got another one in your pocket, and it is lawfully equipped with a GPS locator that can be accessed any time your battery is in. I'm all for technology - but the computer is farming US for numbers, not the other way around. That is precisely what we provide It - Its energy - numerical data, in the form of dollars, that figuratively represent each person who interacts with it. So here we are, stuck footing the bill for the satanic vending machine that never stopped eating quarters.

And guess what? The stuff in that vending machine is JUNK FOOD, as is usually the case with vending machines. It fails to nourish the mind and soul just as Its processed, oversugared, overPRICEd candy bars fail to nourish the body, as Its greater representative - the grid of tentacles stretched across our planet's surface - fails to nourish the planet. Instead, it takes from us and the planet, everything - our lives, our energy, and our souls - and gives nothing llasting in return but garbage. Candy wrappers.

None of this means we should stop creating; far from it. We just need to create for Us. When we are creating for It, creating for the numbers, our creation process goes stagnant. We just need to switch to different numbers.

The greatest computer yet concieved is an ongoing function of visions and creatures and abundance, a universal computer that is called, well, the Universe. The representative and observer of this function, by-proxy of the planet Earth and all Her ongoing life-history, is the human mind, and on Her scale, the Greater Human Consciousness.

But life's computer doesn't work in numbers, at least not representative ones in a base-10 symbolic system. No, its numbers are factorial and exponential, and represented by actual interactions of life and mass, such as "tree" or "bird" or "leaf", interspersed and interrelated by constants like Pi and the Golden Mean. It just doesn't make sense to calculate the digits behind these constants or factorial representatives, even the seconds and miles between them, if the constants are already provided ready for Direct Application - without all the junk data. Life's computer takes no time to calculate all those digits because it is simply counter-productive to their Expression. Why should we care about the digits anyway? The wing or flower is far more beautiful.

So all I'm saying is clear out the junk data, clear that churning paper weight off your desk, clear the number farms in all their offices, and get back into the real program and all its applications, which basically include anything and everything under the Sun (and all other suns for that Matter).

When we open ourselves again to that true computer, we get everything with it - the true Web access, the true email client, visions, dreams, experiences, Love, ships, and ocean breezes. That computer is wired to do potentially anything - we just need to get savvy with the software again, and start Creating some of our own.
