My journey down the path to Spiritual Fulfillment.
How I became "Morgana"
OFFLINE

Just some background information about me - I have been studying Paganism for almost 4 years now.  I feel like I've always been a Pagan, that I was just lost for a period of time. The signs were always there, I just didn't know how to interpret them.  Finally it was almost as if the Goddess slapped me on the back of the head and told me to wake up.  SO I did just that and thus began my journey.

A few months ago, I had a dream where I was brought before a man(whom I believe was either a God or a high priest) who called me forth by the name of "Morgana Rae" and then he touched me with, I think it was either a wand or a staff of some sort.  I was wearing this long emerald green dress.  I remember looking up at him as I was kneeling before him and he told me to go.  That's when I woke up.  So now I wear the name proudly.  I used to go by the name of Amethyst, but that was a name I chose.  Morgana was given to me by a higher being so I am happy to accept that.

After telling my friend Talismyn about the dream, she asked if I heard him correctly and if he actually said "Morgana Le Fay".  I'm pretty sure he said it the way I heard it.  She suggested I read "Mists of Avalon" and start researching the Celtic trads.  It makes sense because my Great-Great Grandfather is from Dundee, Scotland.  So it may just be in my blood.  Well that is the story of how I became "Morgana".

With Love & Light,

Morgana
